CQC's commitment to the customer, places a high demand on all of our personnel. Working to ISO 9001:2000, CQC has actively implemented a quality system to ensure maintenance of excellence at all levels and at all times. Our Sales team is no exception, offering an extensive service of consultation, technical expertise and a complete follow through for each project from the initial discussions to the final delivery arrangements.

For most projects, our sales department will be available to visit customers at their own location, in their own country. Occasionally, this service will need the reinforcement of technical expertise, when our specialists will also be equally available.

We feel that it is important that the customer is wholly confident with the services that CQC provide. For these reasons CQC welcome visits to the factory in Barnstaple, where further discussion to the specifications and the negotiations can be continued with the benefit of on site access to the full resources of CQC.

When undertaking a new project, particularly one that involves a strong design element, we particularly pride ourselves on our creation of prototypes. These are created using the same manufacturing techniques as a final run. This provides the opportunity for thorough testing prior to the commitment of a full-scale production.

In order to achieve the maximum from any product range, in both quality and cost effectiveness the relationship between supplier and the customer should be viewed as a team effort.

At CQC we provide ourselves on providing this service at every stage of production. We encourage customer involvement at the design and development stages and are always happy to deal with any queries or comments, throughout the productions process.
